Lovely condo with a full kitchen a beautiful king size bed and private bathroom. Condo has its own private balcony. It has a washer and drier as well as a dish washer. Condo is located right by Hallandale Beach. Walmart and all other stores are across the street or within a reasonable walking distance. CONDO IS FULLY FUNISHED, BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER. IT ALSO HAS A COMPLEMENTARY SHUTTLE THAT TAKES YOU TO THE BEACH AND YOU HAVE ACCESS TO AN UMBRELLA WITH 2 CHAIRS DURING YOU STAY.

Room was nice. But only one elevator created terrible traffic jams. We waited for 15 minutes on 18 floor and gave up, took stairs to the lobby.

Great spot
I spent 12 nights in the one bedroom condo in January to take in some racing at Gulfstream Park. Overall, it suited my needs perfectly. The condo backs onto a quiet condo complex, not facing busy boulevard on the other side. Being on a low floor, there is no water view but the flip side is no lengthy elevator waits if you don’t mind stairs. The bedroom was very quiet but the wall between the living room and lock off suite is pretty thin, could hear tv and voices pretty easily. This is not likely a problem if you rent the full 2 bedroom however. It was nice to have a full kitchen, in suite laundry and Walmart under the bridge for groceries and supplies. The pool area and gym were both nice and never too crowded. There is a beach shuttle but it’s a short walk over the bridge. I would stay here again.

Good to be on this floor if you’re in a hurry because you can take the stairs very easily. Elevators take long!!
