The work area did dim lights were horrible. I was unable to work. I had to go out of my way and obtain two lamps in order for me to work. Also, they did not provide channels that I needed to watch I also was sweating because they had the temperature locked

Beautiful place, great location
The place was beautiful, and the view was great. There were a few discrepancies, like things listed online that were included, that were not actually included though but aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and we were sad part of it was affected by Hurricane Milton. I will say one of my biggest complaints was that the elevator situation is really frustrating because they usually only have one or two working and with such a large building, it took forever for us to get downstairs sometimes, but that’s not the condo owner’s fault. The restaurant and bar was also closed for renovations which was a bummer but it’s a great location so there were lots of places within walking distance. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Great property, although no food and drink service at the pool looks like the restaurant is under renovation. Also, pool closes at 7:30 each night which was a little early many people each day asked to leave at closing. Staff at the front desk were super helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, and comfortable. Elevators can be insanely slow plan to wait a lot. Neighborhood is amazing everything you need walking distance from front door. Wish the rooms had updated smart tvs to stream Netflix etc. Overall, I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for an apartment style hotel room in Miami and want to be in a hip and fun walkable neighborhood that’s more “chill” than downtown or Brickell.

We asked to add one more day, and had confirmed several times that it was taken care of only to have issues with our card and receiving checkout notification the day prior to our final day. The staff at the hotel itself was very pleasant. The Miami Vacation Rental Company who owned the airbnb room at the hotel could be more accessible and knowledgeable about things.

Excellent stay! Very attentive hosts who texted before arrival (and allowed an early check in without hesitation!) and texted during the stay. Ensuring everything was to our liking. Apartment was comfortable and very clean, with Coconut Grove shopping and dining right outside the hotel. Loved the location, amenities and hosts. Highly recommend!
