Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready.

Pretty good for the price.
There are more than 10 places to eat between fast food and restaurants. There is also City Place Doral about a 10 minute walk away. Restaurants bars and nightlife.

I liked pretty much everything except the shower mat, it was dingy. And the security deposit was $100 which was more than the nightly rate I paid…which I think is misleading. The security deposit should be mentioned prior to booking.

Bed Bugs! After 1st night I woke up with bites all over face, neck & arms. Had never experienced such a thing before & initially wasn’t sure what it was. Visited a clinic & was advised it was bed bug bites! New ones developed each night I was there. Checked out & no further bites occurred.

Always a problem when i would return they would lock my room and say I was smoking when i wasn't there all day happened more then once the cleaning staff made the complaint
