The first two nights was perfect, come Monday morning the hotel staff had a construction going on at the floor I was staying since 7am loud noise people talking they were removing the carpets from the floor imagine the crew you need for this job horrible!!!!!! Drilling cutting wow horrible I had to rush out because of the horrible environment

El área estuvo 5/5, solo a pocos minutos caminando de Brickell City Center. Las habitaciones tengo una sola queja y es el baño, pienso que al ser un hotel 4 estrellas debería tener un baño más completo, más moderno, minimalista sin dejar ver las tuberías. El Hotel por todo lo demás estuvo muy chulo.

The is a very chic boutique hotel. The property is gorgeous, although the pool area could use some maintenance. The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and I LOVED the towels! Overall great experience for a city-centered hotel.

Staff service is excellent, rooms are exceptionally clean just a few hairs in bathroom that were overlooked. My only complaint would be the number of children in hotel it would have been nice to have adult hours at the pool/bar area.
