Driver wouldn't answer his phone for pick up from airport. We landed and 1.5 hour later driver answered phone to pick us up. Finally, when we did enter the shuttle he put his phone down. Knowing i called him 15 times non stop until he answered. That started our visit to the inn... not to mention we waited 4.5 hours b4 entering our room. So our attitude was unforgiving. The room has a stench from the air conditioner, but the beds were comfy and the room was minimalistic. Average score.

Quality Inn is a nice place to stay for vacation. The room is affordable with basic amenities. However, the breakfast menu can be different. The daily servings were always the same. Scrambled eggs, bread, oatmeal, etc. There can be bacon, sausage, cakes and a different menu each day. Remember, not everyone eats certain things, so, there should be a variety to choose from.

This was the worst experience ever very unclean and unprofessional they had cats inside the hotel and lobby all over the best had mold rooms had spiders walls was molded the ac vents was molded my kids were coughing we complained so they cleaned but that place needs a real treatment I mean it’s horrible I really hope no one goes there they tried to change our room and all there rooms were like this

The property was way below standards! The room was dirty and damp. Front desk staff couldn’t care less and looked always bothered. If anyone would step to the front desk to ask questions. For $100 a night I would expect more.

I understand this is a very cheap hotel, but my room had sticky stains on the floor, no toilet paper, stained towels to actually looked used, blow dryer did not work. Honestly, terrible experience.

Only reason I booked here was because the the price was nice and they said they offered toddler beds. When I get to the property they didn’t have any toddler beds and the room they gave me was full of mold. I’m with my wife and daughter and I cannot have my daughter in that type of condition. My daughter is only 1 year old. Mind you we had to say the night there since it was already late at night and nothing else was available. First thing in the morning I went to the lobby and checked out immediately and was told I could not get a refund. I showed them all the pictures I had taken and still was told that I would not be getting a refund. I was told I needed to speak to the manager they provided me with the managers email. I emailed him with all the photos and still not response. I had called numerous times trying to resolve this and nothing no response. So I ended calling my bank and disputing all the charges.

The 1st night was ok.we had to change rooms because of some kind of water buggs..then we was a sleep and woke up to our room full of roaches..they did give me a discount
