The hotel was very nice the front desk staff was very nice the only problem was we were assured that we would have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel complimentary through the hotel I called to confirm when we were at the airport she said the shuttle would be there shortly when the shuttle came my husband and I and another couple were standing where we were supposed to be as I went around to the back to start putting my luggage in the driver pulled away and just kept driving we were all waving and telling him to come back he never came back so then we had to get another shuttle from Miami airport and paid that shuttle service to get us to the hotel when I told the front desk woman the only response I got was sorry about that we were never offered anything except sorry about that I will return to the hotel it was decent and nice for the money we paid but I will definitely make sure we have an alternative shuttle system so that we are not left again.

We liked the hotel and staff very much . But we have called ahead to get the shuttle from airport , they told us it would be there to get us. Once we arrived at the airport I called the hotel to let them know we were waiting. There was another couple waiting with us .. the shuttle arrived, pulled up right in front of us. I started to the back of the shuttle to put my luggage in and the driver pulled away.. we and the other couple was waving and yelling for him to stop by he just kept going.. the shuttle was included in the room price but we ended up having to pay another shuttle company to get us to the room.. when I told the women at the front desk all she said is sorry about that. We were not offered anything except sorry bout that.. other than that the hotel was in and staff was ok. We will return but we now know to get our own shuttle service because theirs is not reliable..

In general this hotel is fine. It was clean and everything worked. My room was a bit dated but ok. There was no fridge in the room and there is no elevator to the second floor. I had to lug my suitcase which may not be doable for others. The shuttle bus only comes hourly, leaving the hotel on the hour. There is a McDonald’s next to the hotel and many other options within walking distance. There is a circle k about a block away. The hotel does offer a shuttle to the port for $12.00. Not sure if they pick up from the port or not. The breakfast for 1$12.00 plus tax is your basic hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy. All in all I’d stay here again if I’m coming to Miami on a cruise.

Our door would not lock from the outside. It was very noisy all night. Kids running the halls, doors banging constantly, no fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet ok. Dinner was very good. We paid for early checkin and still had to wait over an hour. The staff was friendly.

We have stayed at the Ramada twice now. the first time we had a really nice size room with a view of the pool. this time we were in a very small room with a street view but if you're only staying for a couple of nights it works. there is nothing in the area shopping wise - there are a couple of restaurants close by. Very close to the airport and only half an hour to the cruise terminal.

Very tiny, noisy room. Terrible airport shuttle.
Things started out badly. Arrived at the airport after a long trip with delays. Called the hotel. Told the shuttle would meet us in 50 minutes. Took an Uber. The room was tiny. REALLY tiny. Barely enough room to get around the bed. Clean. Bed was decent. Air conditioning unit had a button to let the fan run continuously. (nice) Lots of traffic noise. The in-house restaurant was a bar, but the food and service was excellent. No free coffee, but they had a machine that dispensed small quantities of surprisingly good coffee for $1.50. The room was inexpensive, but I won't go back.
