Room WiFi connection was not working. Had to use our cell phones 5G to see TV. Front staff didn’t care and told us his was working. Maybe adding more wifi router in the hallway. The firestick tv was a no go.

The front desk & bartender were friendly and warm, I extended my stay with no issues and stayed in the same room. Definitely would use this same location for future visits. The hotel is close to downtown and 18min from south beach. Everything was perfect, they have nice modern updates as well.

Everything was okay but 2 things. 1, after a huge layover of course you want a nice shower, but the watee pressure was extremely low, and hot! It was an uncomfortable feeling. 2, in between the towels in the bathroom, we found strands of black hair and a cookie on the carpet. This leads me to believe the cleaning was rushed and not thorough. Sleeping was challenging because I spent all nice wondering if the sheets were even changed or thoroughly cleaned.

This place is beautiful and quiet but the house keeping don’t come when u put paper on the says needing house keeping the didn’t show up for 2 days I have to make phone call in order for them to come and wish the had microwave in rooms but another than that would love to go back

The outside isn’t much to look at, but the inside was very clean and well maintained. The airport shuttle is good economical option, but expect to wait about an hour coming or going. If you are cutting it close to your flight, make other arrangements.
