It was not mentioned that the "free shuttle" had to be requested upon arrival at airport nor that it was available only 9 am to 5pm. Taxi service recommened by hotel was dishonest - estimated cost when booking was 45$, arrival at airport became 65$ and my credit card was charged 89$

Terrible experience at this property. There was no hot water, very low water pressure, and no effective response from the inexperienced staff. Extremely disappointed. Additionally, my food delivery was stolen from the lobby, which reflects poorly on the hotel’s basic security services.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Room was very spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We spent a week here and the complimentary breakfast every morning and laundry facilities came in very handy. It is located in a nice quiet area and very close to many shopping and dining options. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and have zero complaints. Would definitely stay again!

This is the place to stay
This property gets an A+ from me. Quiet, roomy, clean, modern, with a friendly and caring staff, and conveniently located to east/west and north/south arteries so getting to places in Miami is quick. Nice breakfast too!

Booked this hotel because on Expedia website it said it was close to the airport and it had a shuttle. The hotel was actually about 20 minutes away from the airport and the shuttle only ran from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I had to spend over $70 on Uber. Not a good experience.
