Very old property. Beds were on the boxspring on the floor. Could only get one room with a fridge. No chairs by the pool. Not impressed with the area either. Would not stay again.
I booked for a double bed handicap accessible room due to my mom using a wheel chair. I booked several months in advance. When we arrived we were told they overbooked and did not have an accessible room available. Customer service was not great and not very flexible. Thankfully my mom can walk some and we were able to make it work. Also, they charge extra for parking and some other random daily fee. The parking ramp is sketchy and so is the neighborhood. We did not feel safe. The building is old and in rough shape. The furniture is old and well worn and the place is in dire need of new paint. Walls and doorways looked dirty as well as the windows. The tub in our room had holes patched in it and the tub floor felt spongy. The faux hardwood floors were deteriorating as well. Also, the ac in our room was set to 50 degrees when we first arrived and our room was freezing. The only positives were the pool looked pretty and the room was clean.
Maid forgot to put the soap after cleaning on the second day. Only one employee available most of the time. No wifi service, it says there is wifi but once you connect it doesn’t work. They never told my 80 years old dad where the ice/ water was. On the morning of the checkout the cart to carry the luggage was lost, nobody went to search for it.

Lo Malo: La poco amabilidad de una de las personas en la recepción, nos hizo esperar a varias personas que fueran las 3pm para hacer el check in, habiendo cuartos disponibles.
El internet es pésimo, se cae constantemente, toca cada que se cae toca volver a escribir la clave ya que la autenticación se hace desde la pagina de ellos.
Habían goteras por el aire acondicionado que es algo viejo.
The property was old and poorly maintained. The beds were straight out of the 70s or 80s and broken down, so very uncomfortable. If you want hot water for your shower, you need to take it late at night or super early in the morning (between 11pm or 6am). If you want more than one facecloth you need to go ask the front desk. All the furniture was chipped or stained, and the hotel itself was overall grimey. Which is sad because with some money and proper maintenance it could have been a lovely place. The area directly around the hotel is a little sketchy, but just 5 minutes down the road its really cute and lively.

Where do I start first I had someone booked the room and because they did not put my name on the reservation they would not let me check in. We called reservations and they said that all I had to do was show up and that they would call the person get a credit card authorization form and let me into the rule, none of that happened. What happened was when I got there I was unable to register then I had to pay for the exact same room , none of that happened. What happened was when I got there I was unable to check in. then I had to pay twice for the exact same room. just to get somewhere to stay for the night. Once I got inside the room, nothing was as stated online there was no refrigerator. There was no microwave. There was no sofa. There was just a bed, a tv and a leaky AC vent. Besides the food, staff and horrible room. The overall experience was very much a letdown.
I did not stay even the first night. The room was disgusting. Everything is extremely old. The room smell was terrible. It smells humid. Beds were in terrible condition my mom almost fell on the floor when she sat down in one of the beds because it was broken. The save box was full of roast. Room was completely dirty. That place looks like a cheap motel and the people around does not make you feel safe. Terrible experience. That place should be closed. The pictures in the internet has filters. I got my keys when I checked in I went to the room when I saw that I went back down to the reception and checked out. Honestly the worse place I have ever seen.
