My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing for several reasons:
1. Bathroom Design: The bathroom was located in the corner of the room without proper walls or ventilation, offering no privacy at all. This design choice was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable.
2. Noise Issues: The walls were incredibly thin, making it impossible to avoid hearing conversations and noises from neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.
3. Breakfast: The breakfast was shockingly inadequate. Guests were offered a jar of peanut butter, a few eggs, one type of cereal, and a single jar of milk to share. This fell far below any reasonable standard for breakfast service.
4. Cleanliness: The bed sheets were not clean, the furniture was stained, and toiletries like shampoo and soap were insufficient. Additionally, a drawer with cracked glass posed both an aesthetic and safety concern.
5. Overcharging: Finally, we were overcharged with no explanation or breakdown of the costs, which felt completely unprofessional and unfair.
Overall, the lack of attention to comfort, cleanliness, and service quality made this stay a regrettable experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to risk ruining your holidays.
