Liked: Proximity to the Beach, restaurants and shopping was good. Disliked: Parking, check-in (poor customer service), breakfast (very limited selection and poor customer service) and room tv only offered streaming services, no cable tv or local channels. Could not watch any Olympic broadcasts.

My only gripe was no towels in the room and when i called for them was told in the dryer;;go down to desk later hands me 2 wash clothes a towel for the floor said i needed 2 towels. He says you are only one person;;;unacceptable !!! coffee not good in the morning;;i might suggest u just get a dunkin donut coffee box with creme.

The hotel it self was very nice the front desk staff is unhelpful and not knowledgeable. The room gives you nothing no coffee pot, microwaves or hair dryer. The room is nice but does not make up for the horrible experience took a hour to get towels because they only gave one when I booked for four people. Got a ticket because the rep at the front desk said we could park there it’s feee for the night.

The rooms have no sound reducing insulation. Noise comes in through the windows from traffic outside, and very loud internally from the hotel hallways. Everything was recently redone with nice tiling, but this makes all the noise bounce even more. Windows are very thin and could hear traffic constantly outside the window. Was woken up multiple times through the night from this and neighbors in the other rooms. Also, this hotel was advertised as providing breakfast. Including the manager/owner confirming breakfast was provided. Breakfast was a toaster with a loaf of regular store bought bread, some boiled eggs, and juice/coffee. This is not breakfast. I was informed by staff working the "breakfast" that the kitchen isn't even complete yet for another 2 weeks. So the hotel is operating without a working kitchen area. I will be requesting a refund.

The customer service providerd by Xavier was EXCEPTIONAL . He went above and beyond to help us the whole time. The Penthouse was BEAUTIFUL. ISSUES with hot tub not functioning properly a few times they would come promptly to service. Our other we ended up having another hot tub it was not cleaned switched rooms that 1 not clean either the 3rd room looked clean . They did upon request give complimently late check out for inconvenience. Hotel is beautiful, decorated modernly, clean, and smells really good. I would stay again as overall it was a nice stay.

Just trust me and don’t stay here. The sheets had stains and felt unclean. The shower curtain was an old curtain 😂 and the Matt on ground when you step out of shower was old and gross. The only thing this hotel has is the white marble tile. No restaurants near this hotel that is not good, if you’re looking for walking distance. Just stay in ocean drive area. Read google reviews if you don’t believe me.

In Miami for the weekend I've booked this hotel as it is close to the beach, breakfast was included, and price was affordable. Breakfast is just bread (which I strongly had to ask for), wet croissant, coffe (but there were no caps available), eggs were not boiled, and juice. Beach towels were supposed to be provided but they were going to be washed. Room towels (at 7.00 pm, after a day at the beach) were not provided (they were going to be washed). TV did not function. The floor was dirty. The shower hanger was broken and they just gave two small plastic little bags with shampoo (which were difficult to open). The building itself was nice but the service can be improved.

Booked through Expedia and taxes for hotel was not included. The taxes were as much as the hotel cost. Smelled like cat pee in hallways. Continental breakfast was almost non existent. On the positive side hotel was very close to the beach. Bed was very nice and bedding was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, convenient location.
Nice hotel. Breakfast starts and ends early so make sure if you want to grab a bite, head down before 10. Clean, convenient, parking is a nightmare but that’s status quo for Miami. Would visit again.

Cruise Ship Layover
Planned to stay a short time before we caught a cruise ship. Found the hotel to be clean yet lacking in amenities. If you are a minimalist, this is the place for you. Continental breakfast was almost nonexistent. Did not have any toiletries in the bathroom. Had two different size bath towels. One was a medium sized towel. One looked like a hotel six towel. Queen size bed was very low to the ground and had a very thick foam pad as a topper. Very uncomfortable for personal taste. Courtyard was a great place to sit relax and visit. Walk-in shower had a fold down seat with the underneath frame full of mold. Overall quite disappointed in what we thought was going to be a quaint old restored Miami hotel.
