Unfortunately, the room conditions were very disappointing. The towels provided had visible holes and appeared worn out, the toilet was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and overall the cleanliness of the space did not meet expected standards. It made the experience uncomfortable and far from what I would consider acceptable.

Property was in a good location and beach access was convenient. Parking was relatively easy to find with nearby parking options. I stayed in a penthouse suite with the jacuzzi being the main draw and it was not working. I reported the issue and promised reimbursement but never received compensation.

I just want to start off by saying not the worst place in the world but wouldn’t recommend to anyone, breakfast was an absolute mess, never have I seen such a dirty appliances. Didn’t have the courage to even eat there. There was no hand soup or bar of any kind. The beds are the most uncomfortable things ever. And lastly the “garden” not so cute in person, and it was bad enough for me to leave a review when I have never had to before.

To be honest, this hotel needs to be removed from this app. The breakfast was horrible. All they had was boiled eggs, toast, croissant, peanut butter, jelly, coffee, orange juice, and some other juice, housekeepers lied and said that they cleaned my room never came in. We had to call down for toilet tissue and to get more towels. The sink in the bathroom is clogged up and the bathroom light kept coming on by itself. I don’t understand the resort fee when it’s not a resort and they shouldn’t be charging a resort fee at all. I do like the way the hotel look, the staff just needs to be better. The breakfast needs to be better and they need to remove that resort fee.

Terrible place to stay at! I would not recommend! Pictures and reality are opposites! First the beds sink after one night my lower back was hurting like I deadlifted 500 pounds and not in a good way! The towels had poop stains after they were washed (see pics) shower was leaking! Hair on the floor from the last person who was in the room. Continental breakfast meant uncleaned kitchen no food only boiled eggs not even a toast! Cereal wasn't even invited to the party! My recommendation Don't do it unless you was torture yourself! I reserved 4 nights, stayed one and got an Airbnb. The returned some of the money but my trip ended up to be more expensive. Lessons learned for me and hope for you too!

Everything was great staff amazing the only thing that I’m not happy with is the wait to get my security deposit back I’ve had mine refunded with in 3-5 days from hotels around Miami on this trip and I’m still waiting , been back home in uk for nearly 2 weeks and no sign of it
