We had a great experience! Jack, the front door guest service guy, was absolutely professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with about any issue (not that we had an issue). It was nice to know this place exists so we can rent again

Dog urine from previous guest found in room by night stand. Ice machine in freezer not working. Table in common area of room had broken leg that table was barely propped up on. Room floors were not vacuumed or mopped before check in. Dirty wet sock found left in washing machine from previous guest, created a foul smell of mold and mildew in washing machine making the machine unusable. The hotel is nice, but it is only nice because it is a newer building, not because of the cleaning and maintenance put into the rooms by the staff. A disappointing stay overall just due to lack of cleanliness.
