My stay at this hotel was ruined due to the complete lack of responsibility and professionalism from the management. When I retrieved my car from the hotel’s parking lot, I noticed that the rear light was broken, there was a scratch, and the bumper was damaged. I reported the issue to the front desk, and the manager promised to review the camera footage and get back to me.
However, by the time I checked out two days later, no one seemed to know anything about it. When I insisted on resolving the issue, I was given excuses, told that the manager was off for the weekend, and informed that the hotel was not responsible for the parking lot. Instead, I was advised to contact the parking manager. When I called the parking manager, he also claimed to know nothing and said he couldn’t do anything until Monday.
Rather than addressing the issue, the hotel management simply avoided responsibility and shifted the burden onto me. This delay, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve the problem completely ruined my impression of the hotel and wasted my time and energy during my trip. I strongly discourage staying at this hotel due to their poor customer service.
