My friend, who checked in earlier today, picked up the room keys since I was arriving late at 12am. When I arrived, she wasn’t at the hotel due to a personal matter. To make things worse, another couple informed me that no one had been at the front desk for about 30 minutes. With my friend still 30 minutes away, I couldn’t check in or go rest in my room. This level of service is incredibly unprofessional. It is extremely concerning that no one is currently available at the front desk, especially considering your website states that front desk service is available 24/7. This lack of service is unacceptable and disappointing.

The room was very small and bathroom was even smaller. The sink was so tiny that you barely could brush your teeth’s without spilled water on the floor. I could not recommend this hotel! Sorry!

A sure choice for Miami Beach
Super clean room ; triple bunk bed. Nice location near the beach and in front of the free miami beach trolley ; Near the action but far enough away to enjoy moments of calm ; especially at night. Perfect for a friends getaway.

O hotel é muito bonito e limpo. O quarto queen é espaçoso e muito bem decorado. A localização é ótima, tem um ponto de ônibus e trolley atravessando a rua. E o Bar Luca que fica dentro do hotel serve pratos maravilhosos por um preço acessível, vale a pena.

First time we get so upset from Sonder. The room was ok, but it had a disgusting smell coming from the air-con. No possibility to open the window, so it keeps the horrible smell. Everything we had, clothes, bags, even us got this awful smell. Staff are ok, but seem very relaxed and not very attentive or aware of service. Don't recommend at all.

This property has no house keeping. Staying for four nights was not comfortable. The room had a funky smell, the sink was not big enough to allow me to wash my face. My coffee maker broke and maintainable did not come to fix it. I was unable To get towels when requested. Overall it was a fine place to stay for cheap if you are just looking for a place to lay your head. However, I have lost my wallet and when I called I was unable To speak to the front desk, I was mediated between a third party. This is basically a hostile which was not clear to me on the website. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine.

The pictures are misleading. Very clearly an old motel that they tried to clean up. The lobby is super cute but our room was dirty, smelled terrible and we could hear everything in the rooms next to us, hall, etc. The building next door is abandoned and decaying and the pool area looked forgotten about. The staff was super nice and the lobby was very chic but other than that…
