Very accommodating

Hotels.com messed up and actually overbooked. I was on my way over in an uber when I got a call letting me know that they didn’t have a room for me. I decided to continue to the hotel and go to the lobby to check. Julie and Luce were nice and tried extra hard to work their magic to get me a room. They found a room for me that was an upgrade for all the trouble even though it wasn’t the hotels fault. They went above and beyond. Definitely will come back when I’m in the Miami area. The free washer and dryers at the hotel were also a nice amenity that I would have used if I wasn’t just staying one night

This hotel was just what I needed to feel conformable. The staff were great the place was clean. Parking was easy and right by the entrance. Conveniently near the airport and many stores to shop. I had a great stay!

Great front desk and amenities

It's a nice quiet location. Walking distance (1 mile) to a few shops and restaurants. Room had a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful. They were wonderful I took the shuttle to and from the airport and while it is farther than I thought it was convenient. I would come back

Evening staff were awesome! Julia (front desk) and sergio (shuttle driver) were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was very easy to catch shuttle from airport to hotel. Facilities were clean and cute. Close to restaurants and several delivery options.
