This 750 sq. ft luxurious 1 bedroom condo has 24/7 concierge and security, two elevators, a downstairs restaurant, direct beach access and all the action of Ocean Drive just outside your door. There is no better location than this Deco dream pied-à-terre.

You will enjoy a luxury not normally seen in comparable vacation rentals in the area with this spacious, fully equipped condo which sleeps 4 and has central A/C, huge marble bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, top of the line fixtures, a newly renovated kitchen with Miele appliances and 100% cotton towels and linens.

Deco Dreams is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Carlyle Hotel (site of such famous films as Scarface, The Birdcage, Bad Boys 2, Random Hearts and Pronto) located in the rear of the Ocean drive facing building, yet away from the Ocean drive noise. Although there is no ocean view from the apartment, it is quiet and flooded with light that spills in from the large windows dressed in silk taffeta curtains and custom blinds.

The fully loaded, newly renovated kitchen has seating for 4, full size Miele appliances, electric stove, microwave/convection and cabinets stocked with glassware, dinnerware, toaster, blender, coffee maker and serving pieces should you want to eat or entertain.

The living room has a washer and dryer hidden behind a closet door, plenty of mirrored closets to organize your clothes and luggage, 2 large leather comfort sofas, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV with cable and high speed internet.

Luxury reigns in the oversized marble bathroom with twin sinks, a separate water closet with bidet, and a massive walk in shower with a jacuzzi soaking tub.

The bedroom has a comfy queen size mattress which is layered with fine, white, 100% cotton linens, cozy duvets and an assortment of pillows to suit your preference. There are extra linens and bedding for the living room.

Enjoy the tranquility inside, and then step into the center of all the South Beach action. Lincoln Rd, bars, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and shopping as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bike rentals and car rentals are all within walking distance.

Home away from home

This property is exactly what we were looking for… a place right in the middle of it all, but with a homey feel. On the back of building, so it’s peaceful at night if you decide to sleep. This location is convenient to everything and has everything you need if you decide to stay in. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Definitely our favorite rental in South Beach so far.

South Beach Classic

Great one bedroom apt in the Art Deco district of Miami Beach. Clean and comfortable. The cafe below has a great breakfast and other food and drinks. The beach is right across the street along with the park. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels are supplied. Great time!

Wonderful apartment to explore Miami Beach

This apartment in the beautiful art deco gem "The Carlyle" was the perfect base for our first visit to South Beach. Everything is in walking distance, the ocean is literally steps from your very comfortable bed and we couldn't possibly been happier. Clean as a whistle, lovely concierge staff, kitchen well equipped - we would always stay there again!

Terrific apartment in a beautiful art deco building. Great location in South Beach. We walked everywhere! To the beach, to tons of restaurants, the art deco walking tour, etc. The apartment was very comfortable for us (parents, teen daughter), and was quiet despite being in the heart of South Beach. The bathroom is huge and amazing. We did not cook, ate out and loved it. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to South Beach.

We love the Carlyle!

We have stayed in several properties in The Carlyle and have always found it to be the best location in all of South Beach. The building concierges are excellent - easy check in process and they are there to answer any questions you might have during your stay. The unit itself was clean, bright, and comfortable... we would gladly stay again!

Lovely Condo in a Fantastic Location

We recently had to evacuate due to Hurricane Idalia and were lucky enough to find this unit. Mauro was able to accommodate us and our kitty at the last minute and was very kind and easy to work with. The condo is lovely- very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a wonderful home-away-from home. The concierges were the best. They helped us load our belongings in and out of the building and were super helpful. And, of course, as everyone mentions, the location couldn't be better. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable, convenient and safe place to stay in South Beach. Ann and Joel.

First the communication with Mauro was fantastic! He answered every ? Very promptly. The condo was as advertised, close to all the nightlife and beach, but extremely quiet where his place is. Everything you need is there. There were 2 nice beach chairs that have coolers built in!! A top of line beach umbrella and 2 boogie boards. That saves you $75 a day easily!! The place itself was immaculate. Plus the pics of the shower/tub doesn’t do it justice. They are perfect for any couple!! The Carlyle itself is awesome and we ate breakfast every morning at the birdcage cafe (attached). He even left a couple tide pods for us to do laundry. 24 hr concierge is nice. We will definitely return. Thanks Mauro!!

Wonderful stay

This is an absolutely wonderful apartment. We have stayed in other vacation rentals in South Beach but this is in a different league. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and the bed and seating are very comfortable. The AC works very well, as do all the other appliances and systems. It's very well equipped, including very nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella (very expensive if you have to rent them on the beach). The bathroom is stunning! Mauro is a very responsive and accommodating host, and the building concierge was very pleasant and helpful. Finally, the location is amazing. You are on Ocean Drive, so the ocean is a block away, and you are in the heart of South Beach. But when you step inside the building, it's very peaceful. The apartment faces the rear of the building, so it's quiet at night for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

I love South Beach and this was the best VRBO I have stayed at. It is in the heart of all the nightlife. The building is very quiet and the condo was remodeled with a beautiful kitchen and bath. It was been clean. The owner supplied you with everything you needed beach chairs, towels,etc. The owner is responsive and kind! I would definitely stay here again!

The property isn’t all that how it appear on the pictures!!! I wouldn’t stay here again because the property is old and you have to walk a block to park. The noise is outrageous.
