The property is located near to several groceries CVS gas stations and restaurant and about 15 minutes drive to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. It is near to Baymont and Best Western Hotels. The property offers free breakfast but it is the same menu every morning and it was pork and turkey which we don't eat. There was a family on the same floor with adjacent rooms to ours and every night they were loud and noisy slamming doors and running in the corridor and at no time wss this addressed by management. The laundry was a plus and so was the free coffee and tea. I will probably stay here again as the price was average for the facility. They also have a pool but we never used it.

I knew the area from previous visits and that was my main reason for staying at the hotel. It is easy to get to Dolphin Mall etc. What really disappointed me was the breakfast provided for a 3 star hotel.

Needs improvement
Average stay. Was moved to another room due to an air conditioner issue. The second room’s air conditioner was making noise all night and also needed servicing. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was removed promptly at 10:00 even though there were several families in line waiting to get their breakfast. I understand they may need to get the area cleaned so they could get to their housecleaning duties but the hotel should have some leeway. There was none. So many people were left unfed for the morning…poor service practice
