Overall a good stay/experience for the money. Two criticisms. 1) The carpet in the room was pretty dirty. We could not walk on the carpet barefoot without the bottom of our feet turning black. Everything else was pretty clean. 2) The coffee maker in the room was missing the filter holder drawer.

We had to evacuate from our home in Fort Myers during hurricane Milton and we are happy that we chose to stay at the Stadium Hotel because everyone there was very kind and helpful to us during our stay-Especially Vicky at the front desk!

Wonderful Stay
I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is pretty inexpensive by Miami standards so I didn't expect much. Staff was absolutely wonderful from the front desk to maintenance. A pipe leaked above us and they fixed it right away with no issues. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms. They were sold out because of the hurricane and still managed to give us a 5 star stay.

My son was mandatorily evacuated due to Hurricane Milton, & drove 4 hours to get there. He had his dog with him, because Governor Desantis said hotels were required to lift their pet policy restrictions, & we were in panic mode because hotels were filling up so quickly ! Upon arrival, my son was there for approximately 15 minutes before the loud, consistent banging began on the door. It was security! They told my son he was being evicted for having his dogs! Since I made the reservation, I told my son to let me speak to him. I was appalled at how cold and unprofessional he was. No empathy- no compassion. Just said, it’s policy and it wasn’t his decision. So i said, “well since you’re not involved in the decision making process, my son will be going to the room I already paid for, and I’ll discuss this with the manager in the morning. I asked for his name twice. He refused to give it to me. Once my son returned to the room, within minutes, security came barging in the room!! No knock- no identifying themselves! Just barged in, demanded the surrender their room keys and wouldn’t leave until they exited the room!!! My son was kicked out of his room at 1am in the morning, with no where else to go. All hotels were booked. He was forced to drive BACK HOME! I still haven’t received my full refund! They are lucky we didnt get the 9-13’ surge as predicted, or this would be a very different conversation! They need to be held accountable for their unprofessional, unethical practices!

Def wasn’t the worst place to stay, but I hope that I won’t have to stay here again. They told me the security deposit would be released the next day as most hotels do, and it’s been 2 days and my bank still said it’s pending. stayed 4 days. Their front desk was treating me like some bum cuz I was waiting in the lobby for a few hours after check out. Asking me if everything was ok… like why wouldn’t i be? I had also went to their restaurant and bought a sandwich that upon serving me I noticed there was mold on the bread. This place is full of security but they were so worried about me and still can’t even return 200$ of my money they are holding on to. And got the nerve to serve moldy bread in their restaurant. Which I did not even ask for a refund. Their front desk staff in my opinion should be demoted. I’ve definitely experienced much better service at cheaper hotels as well as nicer hotels. so I guess in the biased and potentially discriminatory eyes of the front desk I don’t belong here. I stayed for 4 nights and they are holding 200$ of my money “incase of damages” they have moldy bread in their kitchen and they’re asking me “ is everything ok?” I have seen people sitting in this lobby every day what is so concerning about me being here still? She was asking if my ride just still isn’t here yet … tf? Honestly I should give this place 0 stars.

So much fun…all staff members were friendly and helpful..the best was making new friends before and after the Miami Dolphins game in Legends.. would definitely stay again the shuttle to the stadium was the best!
