The fact that i couldn't have my grankids enjoy a moment with me at the pool was a big let down, and the receptions that morning on 9/20/24 was rude and very unprofessional when i asked her if it was ok for them join me at the pool.

Great place to stay for Dolphin's games. Very close and shuttle service to and from the game. Very friendly staff. In decent shape for and older establishment. Wish the bar was bigger and the dining options more varied (mostly fried food). Over-all a nice place. I will likely stay again when I return for a game.

Fun place to stay
If you are an NFL fan, attending a game this is the place to be. Great game atmosphere upbeat and fun. They have shuttles to and from the stadium down to an art. Clean and comfortable.

They must have hired a new food & beverage manager since the last time we stayed. Her service was amazing! Great service at the bar, quick food prep, and very good breakfast. I dont remember her name but she was with us after the Bills game until 2am and back early in the morning overseeing the breakfast. Extremely pleasant person. We will be back.

I am a sports fan and I love the Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes and this Hotel is all about those 2 teams . The beds are the Best I have ever slept in so I have to say it was an incredible stay for 2 nights .
