Very quiet, seems recently renovated and the bathrooms are pretty, no complaints about the property, i just wasnt a fan of the sliding bathroom doors, they provide a little less privacy for using the restroom or taking a shower as they dont lock and theres a small gap between the door and wall however, we will definitely he back next time we're on town. Cars were kept safe, plenty of food in walking distsnce, and a short drive from north beach. Thanks for everything!

The lady at check-in was very nice. The motel rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were very soft, so if you need a firm bed this is not the place. Parking minimal but normal for downtown Miami motels/hotels. If you are a minimalist this is your place lol.

Firstly, they tried to charge us a second time saying our room wasn’t paid for when we checked.Took almost 16 minutes to sort it out. The room was not ready when I arrived and was hurriedly cleaned.The floor was still wet and the sheets didn’t look clean when I entered the room. The person in the adjoining room was blasting music until wee hours of the morning and then slept with the TV on so loud you can hear every word of whatever true crime show was on😱. So with the dirty sheets and the noise I didn’t get a wink of sleep. The location was nice but not close to the beach.Any stay more than one night would have been disastrous.

Don’t stay in this place very noisy and if you go late night there is no parking .front desk person not helpful at all park where you find parking she said lol where was not parking available anywhere. I will Never go back anymore.

Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Really odd since it appears renovated recently. It was incredibly noisy. Street noise and neighbors. The pictures online were very misleading.

Request a room away from the road if you plan to stay here. Road noise is loud. Walls are paper thin. We had neighbors that were so loud all night (screaming, fighting, and then singing) . Went to bed when we had to get up. They were on bender of sorts. Not safe for any confrontation. No staff on location after 9pm. Something to consider.
