canceled this reservation after feb 7 check in and checking out 30mins after checking in. Requested an exception of mommies paid on both reservations but was not granted my request. I never stayed at a place where a refund was never issued for any reason. I should have never booked was so sure the reviews were honest reviews and not PAID REVIEWS I didn’t read the fine print.my fault. When I finish my travel I see what the complaint board says

The hotel looks nice and clean and the rooms looked like they were in good care. I think it would be cleaner with trash bins inside the room rather than only on the outside.

The property was extremely clean. There were quite a few cruisers staying here. The front desk was superb and they held our luggage until the room was available. There were several nice restaurants close to the hotel. The taxi stated to not go back away from the main block as the area could be dicey. We had no problems.

Excellent hotel with excellent service!

Ann Marie at the front desk was wonderful. Professional, efficient and caring! Rooms were really clean and have a microwave and refrigerator. Restaurants, coffee and some shopping within walking distance. Only concern was a 2 story building and no elevators. Difficult for seniors with health issues. Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but I would definitely stay here again.

The property is protected by gates that only let in guests with a keycard. We were able to walk to a nearby place to eat and felt safe despite it being after the sun went down. The staff woman who checked me in was very nice and efficient.

An odd but nice room. Would return!

Comfortable room if you're not spending much time in it. The desk/table is too small if you plan to eat or work, but that wasn't a concern for us. The barn-style bathroom door was not our favorite, and the shower/bath combo was very odd. It would have been nice if an iron was available, but a minor detail. Otherwise, it was a nice room and we would stay here again.

False advertisement. This is a motel not Hotel.room pictures are not of this place. We booked for 2 vstay before and after our cruise. Upon checking in ,saw our room and property and checked out. Do not stay here for 1 night. With room door closed we still saw light coming in on side of dooe. Wearnot of thus

Management seemed very nice. This is an all establishments with that being said.. the building next-door has graffiti all over it and condemned. Door to our room had large cracks that you could see out of. People congregated outside of our room to have an argument we could hear people through the walls like they were in our bathroom.. speaking of the bathroom the toilet would only flush every fourth time took a shower and the water ran out into the bedroom thankfully it’s all tile. Bathroom window was super sketchy with plywood screwed in it where someone must have busted out the glass at one point. There were bugs coming out of a crack in the wall made the mistake of getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom without putting my shoes on my feet were sticky the next morning. I went in the bathroom and put soap and water on my feet and then went to dry them on the towel. I put on the floor to soak up the water from the shower and the towel Turned black from my feet. Very basic room no hairdryer. Just a mini fridge, diner chair and tiny table. The bed was very soft so soft that I couldn’t get out of it. It molded around me which may have seemed nice at the very beginning, but the longer you lay there further down your sink.. there was a hole in the tile by our bed and you could see down into the ground. But the most disturbing of all Expedia charged me $155 they said they charge $110 what the heck Expedia.

Whole experience was great!

Great location and the weather was great. They have a nice little sitting area outside where you can eat or have coffee. There is an awesome bagel shop within walking distance called El Bagel. We couldn't figure out the TV so a member of staff came up to get it working for us. Also, had a hair dryer that I could use because I didn't bring one. Everyone in Miami was very friendly and helpful.

Sketchy, not safe and uncomfortable

Thankfully did not stay for more than one night- I went for a business trip and the picture on Google look nothing like the room I had or location. Ladies don’t go alone! There’s so many men standing outside their rooms! Not sure if they live there: From the very beginning as soon as I arrive (9pm at night) to check in the lobby door was locked - (mind you I’m a female, alone with my luggage) and this “hotel” more like motel goes up to the window felt like I was picking up a prescription from a pharmacy drive through - while checking in more men walking by me. I felt so uncomfortable and I’m thinking “no wonder the lobby doors are locked!” Just concerned of her own safety. When I speed walk to my room all these guys smoking upstairs looking at me I felt anxiety immediately! I quickly get in the room lock the door - and there no inside chair for extra safety in the door. Then The room did not look like online photos - there were no pretty art work, floor was not clean. Oh the toilet was not flushing. Honestly just not a safe environment. Anxiety kicked in for real.
