First stop of USA tour
Great welcome after a long days travelling Friendly accommodating staff , who went out of way to help me . I was a little anxious as my first visit to USA but nothing was too much trouble for them . Didn’t explore all hotel facilities , as short stay and explored other nearby places but would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Miami Beach

We had to wait for half hour to check in because our reservation was not found on their system. Bloody-like stains were on the bathroom wall and one of bathrobes. A bottle of body lotion was bent and seems in use. Upstairs footsteps sounds were clearly heard in a room.

Not being personally familiar with Miami South Beach area, we were very pleased with our choice to stay at The Tony Hotel. Concierge, Domingo, & front desk, Joseph, were very informative in suggesting things to do and how to go about doing them. The location is convenient to walking over to Ocean Dr & gorgeous, clean Miami Beach, which has every conceivable restaurant and place to shop. Our room was basic, very clean, and pleasant. The exercise room, pool, rooftop were very clean & practical. Nothing too fancy, but great for our needs!!

Great location but expected more
Hotel is in a great location just next to Ocean Drive. Air conditioning made rooms very cold and came on and off throughout the night. Restaurant area looked nice and the pool area was very good for a break and a dip in the pool. Room one felt a bit basic and very limited room for clothes if staying longer than a couple of nights. Felt quite expensive for the money and having to pay a resort fee felt excessive when price of room was already high.
