The room was not very clean, dirty hand prints on the inside of the toilet door, the carpet in the bedroom was not vacuumed properly and skirting boards full off dust. Overall cleanliness poor. The food served for breakfast is of a poor standard,

We loved our stay. The staff was SO nice, the hotel was clean and beautiful. Everyone waved when we passed by and we felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. The hotel isn't as big as other hotels, it felt like a boutique hotel which I loved because I could access the beach quickly and the pool too. We had a really great time.

Nice location close to everything you need for south beach but this hotel really didn’t care at all that it was our honeymoon. No recognition on check in, our room was never cleaned and we had to ask - twice. The city view rooms are barely a view as they’re on the corner. However the food in the restaurant was excellent.
