I have stayed at the Winter Haven before and I love it. The staff is always great, but this time Vaib at the desk went out of his way to help us. I do really miss the rich emerald green decor. It went much better with the beautiful Art Deco accents than the current bland look.

The stay was lovely however i thought breakfast was included as the keycard says breakfast from 7:30 to 11:30, but it is actually just the hours of the restaurant breakfast

This is a wonderful resort to stay at, in the heart of South Beach Miami. The rooms have been newly updated. I was most impressed with the staff. They were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this for. South Brach vacation!

Got there around 9am to leave our bags as check in was at 4pm, the manager said our room should be ready by 10am if we wanted to wait. We decided to go to the beach and returned after 11. The room still wasn’t ready. This was very frustrating because we wouldn’t have went out of our way to return to the hotel. Two hours later. Our room wasn’t ready. At this point we asked for our bags and went somewhere else. They still charged us for a room we never even entered! Horrible service!

I like that there was a restroom for guests in the lobby as well as ponchos provided when needed on rainy days. I also liked that beach chairs, beach towels and bikes are included as well. I love that champagne was offered upon arrival as well as cold water bottles.
