Studio located on the 5th floor and equipped with a sofa bed (2 persons) and a closet bed (2 persons).    Furthermore, there is a cosy living room, which has full-width wall-to-wall windows, opening onto the sun-facing terrace, which offers stunning views of the hinterland.  There is a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This residence is located on the seafront (no sea view) and near a tram stop. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
