You are less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 10 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 15 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park, where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lovely scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about 1 mile away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality.

You will not be disappointed with our exceptionally clean, newly renovated house and beautiful backyard, complete with a hot tub under a pergola, fire pit (firewood provided), seating, and much more.

Parking is located in the front driveway. If you would like access to the attached garage, please reference the marketplace section of the digital guidebook. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day.

Living Room: a very comfortable sleeper sofa (pulls out to a mattress and sleeps two), love-seat, and recliner to ensure maximum comfort while relaxing. There is a 55" Samsung SmartTV in the living room as well. Access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Samsung SmartTV’s allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) as well.

Bedroom #1: comfortable queen mattress and sheets (owners sleep on same combination to ensure their guests get top-notch sleep). Convenient alarm clock is on the night stand so that you can plug in all your electronics.

Bedroom #2: queen bed with the same comfortable mattress and sheet combinations as the other bedroom. Convenient alarm clock is on the night stand so that you can plug in all your electronics. Dual Adjustable mattress where you and your partner can sleep exactly as you each want!!

Both Bathrooms: Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels/washcloths for your stay. The bathroom between bedrooms has a tub/shower combination to aid in helping get the kids washed up.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of both plastic and glass dinnerware, wine glasses and mugs.

Back Yard: wide open spaces for endless possibilities. Hot tub covered by pergola, enjoy a relaxing time beside the fire pit enjoying the great outdoors! Firewood and chairs are available as a complimentary gift to you for booking this property.

After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.~~~
