Right off the bat…easy convenient parking…Nice and helpful staff (especially Keith) comfortable room, outstanding king size bed…nice cozy continental breakfast…and nice balcony off nail floor. Our party was two couples who would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient to downtown Newport. Being an Inn it tended to be noisy especially at night. Breakfast was just ok could use improvement.

It was nice however for a bed and breakfast type facility expected cooked breakfast ex. Grits, eggs, bacon, etc and not a pop in the microwave food. In addition the furniture was old and broken. But overall the staff made it a delightful place to stay.

We love the Carriage house when we visit Newport! The woman that greeted us is so sweet and wonderful to talk to about the area. One thing to think about is to add a shower bar on the outside of the shower/tub. The shower seemed slippery (Just stepping in).Just a thought. We will be back!

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and Keith at the front desk was nice but the whole place could use updating. Make sure you know that if you’re room is on the third floor that the elevator only goes to the second floor and then you have to drag your things up another flight of stairs.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend in Newport and we loved it! This stay is a very quick drive to all the cute shops and restaurants! We even arrived a half hour early and staff welcomed us in. The decor of the entire inn was so adorable! The staff was so kind and always available if needed. The bed was divine! The entire room was so clean! We can’t wait to return!

Very nice place, definitely shows some age. Don't expect a glamorous or fancy experience but there was plenty of room and the staff were all very nice and helpful!

The Inn was very clean and nicely decorated. Not far from Thanes st. Light breakfast is offered and the staff was very pleasant. It's a little noisy in the morning since it is located in a neighborhood but all in all a good experience.
