We went to hotel. They were booked and cancelled our reservation. Since we used Travelocity we would have to get w them about the refund. It was a total mess and never got my money back.

Never stay here again

I paid for the room in advance but the clerk would not accept my corporate credit card for the deposit. He was going to turn me away and the card plainly said corporate. The heat in the room was broken and it was snowing outside. It was so cold in the room i couldnt take a shower the next morning.

Great place to get a nights sleep when working on the road. Room was clean, Shower was hot, Bed was comfortable. What more do you need. Food was decent.

Booked Reservation and Paid fees and than called to reserve downstairs room due to physical access limitations, but didn’t. Gave another room and hot water wasn’t working. Then we had to go upstairs with effort. In the morning they didn’t have spare towel you told to one of my family member and will bring after 30 min. What kind of business is this ? and Than I came after few minutes telling they will bring after sometime . People getting late for Airport and Guy is arguing to give towel after 15 min You are lying that you don’t have towel. After me forcing to get ASAP one lady got up and bring towel to room. The Problem is Your people don’t want to get up and bring Towel . Very Bad customer service.
