Surprisingly Disappointed
This was a last minute reservation on the day of my travel. Seeing the dark brown carpet, wasn't attractive at all. Since I am a Wyndham Time Share owner, I figured it couldn't be that bad! Very disappointing. Upon entering the driveway, seeing mostly trucks of construction workers, I was reluctant to continue with my reservation, being that I was traveling alone. If I had been familiar with the city or even had brought my computer, I would have left. As I entered the hotel lobby, my tone changed a bit. The receptionist was helpful and provided reasonable service. The Amenities were miminal. The "icemaker" did not work in the lobby or on floor of my room. Breakfast was served at a reaonable time and that was acceptable. Service area for breakfast was very clean and monitored. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom towels didn't seem to have been dried completely, a damp touch. I was not a happy camper with this hotel visit. The housekeeper did an excellent job in the standard cleaning. My visitors (bereaved family), asked If I wanted to come join them at their home. They were very upset when they realized that I had settled in for my first night and declined their offer.

We had to switch rooms the first night at 11pm because the toilet didn’t flush. Then our next room had the noisiest air conditioner I’ve ever had in a hotel. Then our keys stopped working and we had to get new ones. Stop giving the CEO bonuses and fix your properties and give your employees the dignity of working for a company that actually cares.
