Didn't like anything. The hotel looks rundown. Room was dirty and no hot water . Lights in bathroom was out. Beds to small.

The kiosk machine where not working as efficient. Very long lines. I waited 46 minutes to get on the kiosk machine. Sometimes I felt somewhat unsafe at the entrace at the boardwalk.

Mary at the carousel bar is very friendly, attentive, fun to talk to and made our stay the most memorable. She’s been with Bally’s since day 1 when they opened 45 years ago! What an assets she is to Bally’s.

Ok Stay- Dennis Tower Needs a Major Renovation!
I stayed 3 nights for a conference and upon check-in had to request another room because the bathroom shower and tub were dirty. I was moved and the bathroom was fine, but when I went to use the phone I noticed that it looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the bed was clean & comfortable and the hotel room was spacious. However, overall the Dennis Tower needs a complete renovation bc many things are run down and in need of repair. Lastly, I hated that there were no microwaves available on property.

The staff at the front desk was unprofessional, rude, lack knowledge of company, lack patient with customers. The manager was very rude and loud with a potential customer at the front desk in front of everyone even told that customer to get out. Which to me made me felt real uneasy and even decided to check into the hotel while I was standing there in the line. The staff is very very unprofessional, and I mention that earlier. I work with customers for over 34 years and I’m also in management myself. And if I ever have an employee that treats their customers as to what I experience with valleys. They would have been reprimanded on the spot.
