I enjoyed the time spent at the property. The facilities were better than expected and easy to access. I was extremely disappointed the amount charged to my payment option was different than the amount agreed and confirmed when my stay was booked.

We had a great time, easy check in and out. I really just had wish the windows were clean because in my room they’re were dirty on the outside. this room was my least favorite out of all the times I got rooms. Refrigerator worked room was clean.. I love the views but couldn’t really get much out of that. overall this location is my go to for my mini vacations or birthdays.

Resort Casino was very decorated for Christmas in the lobby and in the casino area. The front desk clerk the male was not hospitable. I was asking questions and he seemed annoyed and didn’t want to be bothered. The room was out dated and there were not any bathroom/ shower toiletries. Only 2 bar soap to wash your hand. I was disappointed.

I liked the location because behind the hotel is the boardwalk. It was easy to find parking. EJ the front desk staff was awesome! He choose a room with the beach front view. However there some things that needs improvement. This is my first stay so when I entered the lobby I smelled tobacco right away. I have asthma and sinusitis so I was struggling to breath. I also stayed in the neighboring hotels like hard rock and ocean but I did not have that experience. The room 4910 had white long hairs on the bathroom white marble floor. I know its the same color but housekeeping should do a better job in cleaning the bathroom floor. I took pictures but there is no option to attach a picture. I was looking for electrical outlets in the bedside table to charge my watch, airpods and iphone. I found it behind the table which was dusty.
