Käkikello is a high-class, modern villa perfect for a comfortable getaway, even for larger groups.

This rental villa, completed in 2023, ideal for example for two families or multi-generational holidays. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. A 40 m² two-room apartment with a private entrance in the basement which can be rented from the owner for extra price, starting from 200 e/weekend (however, the apartment is available at not extra charge for reservations made by March 7, 2024).

Situated 49 km to the south from Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa 15 m, hard, gently deepening sandy bottom and a rowing boat.

Wooden villa, built in 2023, offers an open-plan living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two beds, a dressing room/sauna lounge, WC, bathroom, wood-heated sauna, and a hot tub on the terrace. On the upper floor, there's a bedroom with two beds, two alcoves (without curtains) each with two beds, and a WC.

The yard includes a summerhouse with a gas grill and a cooking hut. A double carport provides space for two cars and includes an electric car charging point, which is included in the rental price.

NOTE: The use of the hot tub is included in the price from May to October. Outside this period, the hot tub can only be rented pre-heated for an additional fee of 100 euros in cash on-site.
