Chelsea at the desk was helpful and welcoming as were the other guest service representatives. The breakfast was delightful and the staff very attentive even the chef made around through the dining area to check if everyone was enjoying his offerings

When I arrived at the property, I could sense it had a fairly active vibe. Upon check in, I was informed that I could upgrade my room for a fee as the room I had booked was tiny. The young woman at reception took me upstairs to see the two rooms & I immediately agreed. I paid the difference which wasn't a small fee. I had dinner plans so I went to the bathroom to quickly wash my hands and then get ready to leave. The soap in the bathroom was completely empty. I called the front desk about it and it took someone 15 minutes to bring some soap. At this point, I was late so I simply grabbed my things & left. When I came back from dinner and drinks, I went back into the bathroom and began to realize that it had not been cleaned. There was hair in the bidet and hair all over the floor and in the shower. It was one in the morning at this point and I was so exhausted that I just went to bed but wondered if the sheets had really been cleaned. They appeared to be clean enough. The next morning when I told the front desk, they were not apologetic enough but did let me know that I could move to a new room when I returned and that they would have someone clean the bathroom. So I went to a new room when I returned and that room had been cleaned but clearly not aired out in a long time as there was dust on the wall above the bed and the entire wall in the bathroom. At this point, I was just done and knew I wouldn't be returning to this hotel. I opened the door. I have more to say!

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We liked the young vibe and the trendy atmosphere of Brera with all the different restaurants. Also, the fact that you have a metro station so close was really a big plus for us. The staff, especially Rosa, were very helpful. We liked the high- quality breakfast and I personally loved the donuts!! If I have to say one minus it would be that the lifts / lobby area is very small and can get crowded with people coming and going with suitcases. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Great location close to metro stop, shopping, dining and attractions without being too crowded. Only issue was at night if a light sleeper we could hear very low club music from a distance that was a bit distracting from sleep but this is a big city!

The staff at Urban Hive were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be staying with them again upon our return to Milan. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bar had great drinks and coffee. Very happy with our choice to stay here.

This was my Fiancé and I’s first time in Milan. We arrived at around 20:30 and pulled in to the hotels incredibly convenient parking area, where we were met by a very helpful attendant. We then went up to reception where we were met by an extremely kind and helpful lady, I wish I remembered her name but she was outstanding. Helped us with everything we needed and even made us a reservation at an AMAZING restaurant two minutes away. The room was very nice, with all the amenities one would need. They even had a water refill station in the hallway which was really convenient! I would rate this place a 10/10, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Milan. Thank you so much to Urban Hive Milan and their staff, and we hope to stay with you again sometime soon!

The employees and Owner are very welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Since we had a tight schedule to make it to town we were drove to the taxi meeting point via personal Tesla . 10/10 would recommend
