Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Accommodations were good, free snacks and drinks came with the room, and free water at anytime (hard to find in Italy) overall a surprisingly good stay for the price you pay, and a great area for students or anyone needing to be online

Great, clean and modern accommodation. Appreciate the green initiatives and facilities. Lovely breakfast . Apertivo is nice - would appreciate more snacks but good cocktails. Would recommend a pool especially for the summer heat.

This hotel was in a great location, walkable to the city but also great transport links on Metro & Tram. All the staff were friendly, and helpful and I felt extremely safe during my stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend for any solo travellers!

Everyone at the hotel was attentive and kind. They were always willing to help and lend a hand. I appreciated how breakfast was included in the booking cost and the on-site laundry. Definitely will be staying there again if I go back to Milan.

I had a great experience. The hotel is clearly a modern design and it is run as such. But you get a well functioning hotel that is properly run. The staff was amazing. There were plenty of staff on hand to manage everything and everyone had a smile. I will definitely return. This hotel made seeing Milano easy!

Really friendly staff for most of the stay. Sunday morning breakfast was a little tense and strict rather than relaxing, compared to the previous day. The room, I'm uncertain why we got such a shoddy room. I got to peek into another room, with far nicer finishes. It seemed pefect when compared to our falling apart room. Ours had broken shower rail and door. Stains dripping from toilet button. Missing covers on screws (some but not others, making it more obvious), paint missing and dings or stains on walls. Also our door stop came off completely at some time during our stay and I'm not superman! All the negatives out of the way, the hotel itself is a great idea! Usually very friendly staff!! Delicious spread for breakfast! Nice vibe in general to the hotel. And the hotel was in an awesome neighbourhood! Really lovely area to stroll around and get lost in. Close to the centre, but enough distance to get some peace and quiet between trips to the touristy, and super busy, centre. I would happily stay again!!
