This property served its purpose. Close to the airport with airport transfer (5 euro each) and a pool to relax. The restaurant was decent (and there is an excellent pizza place you can walk to in just a few minutes!) My teenagers were thrilled they had their own twin beds (which is a rare find in hotels.)

DO NOT STAY HERE - From the moment we walked into our room, we wanted to leave !! The rooms were disgusting, old, smelled and just unsatisfactory ! Expressed all of this to the front desk - some didn't care and others actually agreed with what I was saying !! No-one offered us any kind of resolution or option of $$ refunded to possibly find somewhere else to stay - we literally stayed out of our room all day and at night we would sit in lounge area with our teen granddaughters to escape this unsatisfactory room. Also Hotel had signs of a pool party on Sunday, thought great, teens can relax outside for the day only to figure out it was an outside party being held at the hotel, tons of people came through the back , outside organizers of this made us constantly move from where we were sitting, our teen girls had pool floats taken from them and told they couldn't use, literally taken from them !!! We were guests at hotel but yet couldn't use the pool the 1 day we could !!!!!! My family agreed that the only positive note to this hotel was the bartender Stefano who everyday was smiling, positive and cared. I contacted DELTA Vacations regarding our experience as well as Hotels.com as we had back to back stays pre-planned here !! we paid a decent amount of $$ to stay here and it was utterly disgusting and no one cared !!!!!!

Really needs an update. Room was clean, but bathroom was musty. Shower door kept fell of the rails. Saw older room with carpet (we did not have) and was very glad not to be in one of those.

My family and I stayed in this property on June 20th our last night in Italy, as I did last year, and I recommended it to them and paid for the room. Late that night they were traumatized and inconvenienced by bedbugs in my son's room. My son and family had retired early to make an early flight the next morning and around 11:00pm my daughter in law was horrified to see bedbugs in their bed. She went to the front desk and they gave her another room for the rest of the night. This was all very disruptive to her, my son, and my 5 and 8 year old grandchildren. I can only hope that these horrible insects didn't get into their luggage and go home with them. This hotel has a very unsavory policy of making a double bed from a sofa bed. Bedbugs are highly likely to be in a sofa bed where people from all over the world put their luggage, only to have it turned into a bed at a later date. I requested a refund for the trauma and inconvenience that was caused by this disgusting situation and they told me I needed to make my request my email. I emailed them upon my return and I haven't heard one word back from them and it has been well over a week. I would not recommend this hotel, not only because of the bedbugs, but because they have been totally unresponsive to my request for a refund.

The hotel is in a quiet area not far from the airport. We only got in late and left early, so couldn’t take advantage of some of the facilities like the pool. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to Malpensa or Galarate.
