My new favorite hotel
Staff at reception was extremely friendly. I arrived 2 hours prior to check in and they assured me they would find my a room to check into right away. They knew that I had stayed st a sister hotel in Florence and that I enjoyed it. The room was great- bed super comfortable, coffee and tea in the room, bathroom pristine. Great location, 2 minutes from Milano centrale station. I love C -Hotels and will seek them out when I return to Rome, Milan or Florence.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was really good for Europe. Bathroom was well lit and spacious. Hair dryer was weak. Location is great if you want to be near the Centrale Milano train station. Shopping area (Corso Buenos Aires) is within walking distance.

Great front desk. But our room was not great. The shower didn't drain and water was up past our ankles, no working hair dryer and when I asked for one it didnt show up until night time. Bathroom door was akward and had wood rot. For $400 a night I was hoping for a little bit more.

This was a no frills hotel that was perfect for one night in Milan. I was coming from the train station and it was a quick walk over with my bags. The staff was super friendly and helpful for the most part. The room itself was okay. The bathroom was dirty and someone had drank part of a water in the mini bar. I liked that there was a mini fridge though.

Very nice hotel staff were amazing and the hotel was so clean down the street from the train station and the walk to the center is not even that far. Definitely recommend it.

The property itself was ok, but the staff not so much. The cleaning staff opened my room door to clean without even knocking and that was terrible! When I went for the breakfast I got treated like I was going to steal something listen you got all my info how am I even going to steal something ???
