The area around is not very safe after sunset. The metro is located 10mins away but the area around is very unsafe. There a few middle eastern, indian and arabic food dinning options around 15mins walk away. The staff is slow and very uninformed. The breakfast lacks options and variety.

A renovated hotel that must have been a star magnet in the 20's & 30's. Nice upgraded room with shower pressure I have not had before. Very good breakfast with many options and plenty of seating. The walk to the train station was easy wish Milan do more to remove graffiti which was everywhere

Hi stay here for 4 nights. Definitely not a 4. Maybe many years ago. Very poor quality breakfast. Stale croissants. Tasteless coffee and you had to pay extra for fresh orange. Did not have any breakfast for 3 days and it was pre paid. The cold water tap was barely running. All mould around the taps and bath. Most of all very very rude staff not nice at all or helpful. There was an elderly couple that was almost in tears at how they spoke to them After telling them about there room. One exception to a gentleman man named Charles he was on the reception he was helpful and very helpful and jolly. He did say if we needed to know any information please ask.

What a gem! This hotel has everything. Location is very convenient, close to the train station and metro. Breakfast was great with lots of options and outstanding service. Room was very nice. Good bed and pillows, good air conditioning and coffee/tea station. Bathroom was modern and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time I’m in Milan.
