Mostly good place, close to subway and main train station. Old with some modern improvements that don’t make any sense: that’s a waste of money, but not service people fault. Very negative note: breakfast team is very negative, one can feel like not being welcomed there. Few food choice, industrial grade food and the big issue : they are cleaning the tables and the chairs with the same( only one!!!) wet cloth. Disgusting and not hygienic at all!!!we stayed there a whole week: we were hoping it will get better, but no chance…Too bad for such a place!

Try this hotel!
The room was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. But the kind and caring staff was the crowning glory of this stay. The hotel is a 9 minute walk to the Milano Centrale but worth the short trek.

Everything was great during our stay. However, we could never find anyone to tell us how to access the stairs from any of the Upper floors. They are labeled as emergency exits, but are they for regular use?

The property was very nice. Assistance from the front desk was dependent on who was staffing at the moment. Some were much more helpful than others re transportation, area etc.

The hotel is clean and beautifully furnished, very well kept. it is about 10 minutes walk from the central railway station, and about 5- 7 minutes walk to the metro, which goes to the Dom, and the historical center. It was very easy and superfast to get to the sights of Milan this way. Breakfast was excellent!

We enjoyed a warm greeting by the front desk and all interactions with other staff were pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located near Milano Centrale station. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and clean. The bed is nicely firm and there is a choice of two pillows with difference levels of firmness. The included breakfast was good, with a wide choice of options. Overall, we had a very good one night stay in transit to other destinations.
