Very modest hotel. Not even a 4star, should be only 2. Extremely rude female receptionist on August 8 in the morning (around 11 am). Breakfast very poor. One plug in the room! , you cant even charge 2 devices.

The hotel is very convenient if you travel from Malpensa early in the morning, is 5 minutes away from the airport and the rooms are spacious. Good option for an airport hotel. The staff is friendly and the have shuttle services to Malpensa Airport.

One of the best hotel experiences in years! The hotel is convenient to the airport, clean, quiet and the breakfast perfect and well priced. Paula was not only professional, but friendly, kind and went out of her way to make our stay before a long flight home effortless and comfortable. I recommend this hotel highly!

Close to airport and clean
Took a long time for the shuttle to pick us up from the airports. We were told it would be about 10 min then called back after 15 and were told 10 min again called back after another 15 and told he was almost there. Took 40 min at midnight. Once they picked us up, they were very nice and everything else went pretty smoothly. The AC leaked when we turned it down and the caulk was coming up in the bathroom but otherwise clean and neat with friendly staff.
