Hotel was basic minimum, like college dorm. The hotel advertise, it has dinner at their sister Hotel the Crown Plaza, which is a few minute walk from hotel, but it was raining and we asked if the staff could take us. They said we had to pay €15 to go less than .3 miles. The morning front desk attendant was nice, i did like the hotel cat

Very close to the airport, they have a paid shuttle which will bring you from airport to the hotel. Free breakfast and in house restaurant. Nice , clean and quiet.

When booking I expected this to be an easy stay before flying out of Malpensa the next morning but it’s so inconvenient - we took the train from Milano centrale to the airport to then get to the hotel but you can’t walk, it’s so confusing, we ended up paying €32 for a 5 minute Uber to get to the hotel then we had to pay €15 to take the hotel shuttle back to the airport in the morning. Nowhere to eat dinner around the area so stuck with the hotel diner which was honestly so bad but more expensive than some of our best meals during our time in Italy. Not worth it. Stay in Milan city centre and take an early train to the airport and avoid this place.

Very good breakfast which starts at the earliest 5:00 in the morning. Room was clean and quiet . Hope they could have more clear instructions for the free shuttle bus from the airport at the time when we made our booking.

This was a perfect stay for an early morning flight! The breakfast was marvelous, and we had dinner and wine at the bar the night before. The beds were very comfortable. Check in staff were efficient and kind. They were able to quickly answer our questions. We will stay again if we are using Malpensa Airport.

首先我訂的是單人大床房 結果他們強迫我必須睡單人小床 非常不舒服影響了我的睡眠 從機場沒有接駁的巴士 （需要花二十歐元），要去機場要再十五歐元。沒有提供瓶裝水，什麼都要收錢，早餐乏善可陳…房間還算乾淨但只有一個小窗戶感覺像在監獄。沒有簡單的水 也沒有MINIBar 只能說這是一個性價比很差的飯店
