My family stayed Hotel Flora Milan for 3 nights. We like the the hotel very much. The Hotel is supper clean, very convenient and comfortable to live. The Hotel is very close to the Central station and easy to access main subway station to all interest spot. The restaurant and small super market near by are also available and provide more selection if need something else. I will stay the hotel again if coming Millan in future. Special thanks to Karim helped us had conversation with Expedia agent, there was some misunderstand when we modified the reservation prior our travel. Karim helped us get thing sorted out smoothly. Thanks Karim !

Good location, clean but the noise.
The room is clean but the TV did not work. My room was on the ground floor next to the lift and lobby. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room was bad and I could hear everything outside my room, including people talking in the corridor and reception. At 6 to 8 am, some people were moving things in the morning and it was very loud. I kept being woken up so the sleep was bad despite the bed is comfy. I could not complain too much as the hotel is a cheaper option with good location. Overall it is alright for a very short stay.

Hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from Milano Centrale Train Station. Metro station is just steps away from the hotel. It’s clean and the stuff is very helpful and accommodating. Marina and girls from breakfast bar are amazing. Overall it was a good stay

Convenient and close to Milano Centrale Train stat
I booked a single room and as the hotel was full, they couldn’t upgrade me to a bigger room. However, was able to check in earlier. Breakfast was nice with some changes everyday. Very convenient and a short walk to Milano Centrale Station, which was good as I had to carch a 7.05am train to Switzerland.

karin from the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located really close to the train station. We only stayed one night to rest from our trip from Switzerland to Veneza. So the location was golden.

I selected the Hotel Flora because of its proximity to the train station (Milan Centrale) and decent amount of restaurants in the vicinity. I was initially excited that I got a room on the highest floor, away from the street noise. Then I entered the room. The word “small” is insufficient. My suitcase alone probably took up a quarter of the room. I couldn’t open the balcony door because there was nowhere else to put it. The interior was nothing like the pictures, everything was dated. The bed/cot was incredibly uncomfortable, lots of tossing and turning at night. Housekeeping did not clean my room one day, which was disappointing to arrive to after having been out all day. I didn’t even bother calling the front desk about it because it was already late, and I just wanted to sleep at that point. I will say that the lady helping at the breakfast buffet in the mornings was nice and hardworking. This stay underwhelmed for the price charged.
