Great place for someone looking for the convenient location. The kitchenette is great if you want to do a meal there, and the bathroom and bedroom are full of everything you might need. Great for people looking for a touch down space in Milan. Would recommend!!

The property is managed by a company and it shows. A few things needed repairs... like the shower pipes sprayed... a lamp's electrical cord was damaged, the toilet bidet was inoperative and the bed was made up of two ½ queen beds with uneven mattresses. They would move apart as you slept - one side firmer than the other. On the surface the place looked great.

Our most enjoyable stay in Italy! Within 5 minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale Stazione and Mercato Centrale, it was extremely convenient for visiting Milan. Furniture and decor are classy and geared towards opera aficionados. We plan to return during opera session. Great amenities!

At first it was a little tricky getting in but after calling and speaking to the operator, I was in the wrong place. From that point on, it was a piece of cake and everything was great. I would be happy to stay here again if I am ever in Milan.

Highly recommended!
We booked the two bedroom apartment and very happy with our stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Glasses and kitchen utensils are provided. Location is very convenient, with eateries around and about 7 mins walk to the metro and train station. The staff are very responsive on email and provided the support that we need. Very professional.

The place is very well located. It is a walking distance from Stazione Centrale. Our problem was to find and to call the office "Italianway" and to do the check in. After we did the check in, everything went well.

Very Pleasant Place to Stay
Our decision to stay here was done on very short notice. We were extremely pleased with our decision. Very nice place with great amenities, especially the well equipped kitchen that enabled Us to not have to eat out all the time. It is also conveniently located close to the train station.

To start the reception to pick up our 'key' was very difficult to find and took us around 30mins. We had a very tight schedule so time was important to achieve what we needed to do for the day. When we walked to the main gates it was unclear how to get in and further wasted our time until we found a very small door as the entrance. The courtyard looked like a nice little get away as we headed to our apartment. Now dispite paying an addition charge as a cleaning fee the entire apartment was dirty. The sheets had not even been changed or bed made from previous person. I rang the reception and they offered me my cleaning fee back and said the cleaner was on her way. This was great news, however 40mins later and still no sign of a cleaner. Now we are close to missing a meeting so i ring Expedia who were excellent with dealing with the situation and the cleaner soon arrived. I am very glad that i booked with expedia but would not return to Italianways !
