Great deal for Milan

I stayed only one nigt but it's a very good deal for this city. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The property is alright but it felt very expensive when we were there. Breakfast and mini bar have the same price as a premium hotel in the center of Milan. Rooms are not spacious, we almost could not open our luggage. The only positive note is the staff, very gentle and always available.

The overall experience was good. The only thing is the location, yes it’s near a metro so you can get places quickly. But the area it’s around just looks dirty.

We checked in pretty late and my family and I had 2 separate rooms. We all divide and make our way into our 2 rooms which were on 2 different floors (which I didn’t like). They should have tried to at least put us on the same floor. My grandmother and I walked into our hotel room, there were no clean towels, the faucet was not draining and the cherry on top? There was urine and feces in the urinal, which wouldn’t flush… They gave us a dirty room that has never been cleaned, how disgusting is that? Obviously I ran down to the front desk and explained the situation, they apologized and gave us a new room. But at the point I already had a sour taste in my mouth and was utterly disgusted, the smell of the initial room we got when we walked in just ruined my overall experience.

Great stay

Very clean and secure (safe in room). A little way from the central action, but on a bus route. Supermarkets close by. English spoken and a friendly welcome. Would definitely return.

Hotel room itself was fine aside from thin walls, and onsite staff were of average politeness (not friendly or welcoming, just minimal politeness) but communication before our stay was terrible. We wanted to upgrade our room from a double to a triple as another person joined our trip, but instead of charging the difference of 178 euros as posted on expedia as well as their own webiste, they charged us 230 euros. Their tone was incredibly rude and dismissive, when asked why such a difference, all they stated was "because this is the cost of the supplement" (that was the entire email content). I would have cancelled if I hadn't booked a non refundable rate, it was the worst and most frustrating interaction I've ever had with hotel staff. FYI we stayed at 3 other hotels this trip and had to add an additional person for each and every one of them charged us the difference AS STATED on their website and expeidias.

It was an arrive at midnight and leave at 8am type of stay for me. In this regard, the fact that it's a modern hotel with concrete walls, heavy doors, double glazing, and full blackout curtains was great! Nice comfortable bed. So I had a fantastic sleep undisturbed by noise or light, and didn't have many other demands.
