It was an arrive at midnight and leave at 8am type of stay for me. In this regard, the fact that it's a modern hotel with concrete walls, heavy doors, double glazing, and full blackout curtains was great! Nice comfortable bed. So I had a fantastic sleep undisturbed by noise or light, and didn't have many other demands.

Great find
Late booking for a gig in Milan. Due to the rain and trains we could not attend if we didn’t book accommodation. Hotel was excellent. Great room and bar. Food in morning was excellent. Just a note for UK visitor you need a passport. As we travel from a house we had we didn’t take passport. The didn’t like uk drivers license lucky we had photo of passport on the phone…. Wish hotels had advised of that but not a problem with the hotel at all . Just a note for people . Hotel was brilliant thanks 2 mins walk from Metro .

Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Check out 12 noon so worked for us as we didn’t arrive till late. 24 hour reception. Staff in bar and reception super friendly and spoke great English. Would recommend.

Location is good, rooms are clean, staff are helpful. Walls seem to be incredibly thin though. We were often kept awake by the noise of people walking around and talking.

Staff was very friendly, gave some great restaurant recommendations. We asked to have our family of 8, with 2rooms placed as closely together as possible and they werent able to accomodate. Very modern. Breakfast was a good price with variety, however wish it was included in the price of the hotel. Only complaint would be that breakfast was not inlcuded in the cost of the room and water was not complementry, unless you filled up durong breakfast hours.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms Good at resolving issues. WiFi and air conditioning. On a busy road but has good double glazing. Near M3 metro, means you can quickly get into the city centre.

Beds were unclean, bathroom had stains, overall disappointing hotel. DO NOT VISIT. The Receptionist man was extremely rude, when we was leaving an handing in our key cards, the receptionist claimed we hadn’t payed our taxes, which was untrue as when we arrived we was asked straight away to pay taxes and we did!!! which then led to the reception staff being extremely rude an stating that we didn’t an when my friends told them that will not be paying again he then started saying to “beg” on the street for money, as he was claiming we hadn’t payed, He was extremely unprofessional an needs sacking.

A very stylish and spacious hotel. As a family of 4 we were upgraded to the suite and that was appreciated. Housekeeping is spot on and the barman/waiter was very friendly. Transport is a 5min walk away. Beds are comfortable and aircon is good. Now the things that were not so good.: - the noise of other guests. It says its sound proofed but it’s not. We were disturbed frequently at various times during the night. The cleaners cupboard was also right next to our room so we heard them every morning. - the location whilst great transport links is poor for food options. You have to travel if you want anything. - poor sink drainage - to be fair we didn’t report this so didn’t give them a chance to fix it. - I awoke to a beeping noise at 5am which turned out to be the card holder near the door. All aircon and lights were off. I called reception and someone came right away ,flicked a few fuse switches and a few minutes later it came on. He muttered something about maintenance coming in a few hours. Nobody arrived, sleep was ruined, room was now hot and when I spoke to reception that day, they seemed unaware and not particularly bothered I had had a disturbed sleep.
