As a VIP I would have expected a better location. Outside my window was a dirty gas station and graffiti all over the buildings, no light outside of my junior suite the entire 5 days and I addressed it on the first day, same breakfast everyday, elevator slow, My bed was not the same as in the pic. It was low to the ground and it squeaked. Tub was TOO long. Location is around 25 30 minutes away from Duomo. Taxi would have cost $150 one way. We rented a car for 5 days for $150. I feel like the reviews are fake. This was definitely a 3 star not a 4 or 5. I would not recommend.
