We stayed in a self catered family apartment with two bedrooms, perfect for a family break. The kitchenette enabled us to choose whether to eat out, get delivery in or prepare our own food. Breakfast in the hotel was free for the kids, so we treated ourselves one morning. We arrived a few hours early but because our room was ready, they allowed us to enter straight away. The kids loved the pool, and the Metro was a short walk away for exploring Milan. T apartment was quiet and cool.

The staff was great, but we did not like the food at the restaurant. The hotel has a Metro station within 10 minutes walking. The pool and the room were very clean. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

Service response was very poor. Bathroom flush was leaking, complained 4 times but not any response. Both the nights were very uncomfortable because of nice of flowing water. Restaurant food was also not up to the mark.
