Attenzione

Prenotazione fatta e subito confermata on line con largo anticipo, arrivati in hotel non trovano la prenotazione mi metto in contatto con s.c. Vrbo che dopo varie telefonate finalmente rispondono e dicono che è tutto a posto e si metteranno in contatto diretto con l'hotel, per favore ci fanno la cortesia "dopo aver pagato 10 gg prima" di sistemarci in una camera in attesa che si risolva tutto, per due gg sono stato perseguitato persino in camera perché non risolveva o il problema, morale mi sono arrabbiato e ho fornito tutto quello che era in mio possesso per dimostrare che per me era tutto regolare per non parlare che in camera non c era il riscaldamento o meglio era centralizzato e messo in funzione ad orari prestabiliti di conseguenza faceva un freddo indescrivibile oltre al fatto che non abbiano neanche fatto la colazione che era compresa, dopo ciò non ho ricevuto né scuse né tanto meno rimborso per servizio non fruito, ora mi sto attivando a fare un reclamo sia a vrbo che alla direzione del Ripamonti.

L’albergo è un quattro stelle ma ne vale due perché è molto malandato. La carta da parati vecchia ,strappata in alcuni punti e sporca, gli infissi pieni di spifferi ma soprattutto la mancanza di pulizia della camera. Quando siamo arrivati la stanza era piena di polvere sia sui mobili che sul pavimento e sulle pareti della stanza e delle porte. Inoltre alle 7.30!del mattino siamo stati svegliati da un rumore di trapano proprio sopra la nostra camera per dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell’albergo che duravano anche tutto il pomeriggio. Unico aspetto positivo, la gentilezza e l’efficienza del personale alla reception. Di sicuro non ci ritorneremo e non lo consigliamo

Bella struttura, stanze comode ma in decadenza, ascensori rotti, televisore in stanza a tubo catodico e malfunzionante, ospiti presumibilmente cinesi che durante la notte e alle 6:00 di mattina urlavano e schiamazzavano nei corridoi.
