Rude reception. Was chastised for not receiving a text message asking when we'd arrive. And then treated poorly during the entire check-in process. There was construction going on during the night on the road, the room was incredibly loud. The room, otherwise, was very nice.

The Dream Suites is a great place to stay in Milano. The M1 metro close by and No 9 tram from Milano Centrale make it easy to get around. Local cafes and restaurants good. Go for prosecco and bar snacks at 5! The rooms are spacious and most pleasant. Thank you Isabella and Lorenza.

Nice area, interesting building and tidy apartment. Need support at the entrance to make sure the App is working which is used to unlock doors to enter the building. Once it is set up it works fine.

Clean, modern and close to the Metro
The room was GORGEOUS. Did not see that coming. Mint, clean and modern design with all the little details thought through. Included tea, coffee, biscuit as well. The property doesn't have a full-time reception but is very close by and comes to assist if needed.

Sehr hübsches und sauberes Boutique-Hotel mit lediglich 5 grossen Zimmern. Sehr gut gelegen und das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist auch ruhig und sauber.

The property had alot of potential but it didn't meet the mark. The Dream Suites is located in a neighborhood near Tricolore/ Porta Venezia, pretty convenient with the subway just a short 5-10mins walk from the property. Rooms were clean upon arrival BUT it is simply not where you will want to stay if you are looking to have a good night sleep after travelling during the day. Rooms are facing the roads on the ground floor and there is no sound proofing whatsoever. The tram is right by the window and we can literally hear and feel the room vibrating when the tram passes by every 10minutes when we tried to sleep. You will also hear your neighboring rooms shower/ door sounds. Unfortunately, the experience we had simply falls short of what you are paying (unless you are okay with constant noise when you are sleeping which is definitely not what you want when you are travelling)! Note for the property : if you would have invested in sound proofing the walls, especially given the close proximity of the rooms to the roads, it will definitely be a much better apartment.
