This was my Fiancé and I’s first time in Milan. We arrived at around 20:30 and pulled in to the hotels incredibly convenient parking area, where we were met by a very helpful attendant. We then went up to reception where we were met by an extremely kind and helpful lady, I wish I remembered her name but she was outstanding. Helped us with everything we needed and even made us a reservation at an AMAZING restaurant two minutes away. The room was very nice, with all the amenities one would need. They even had a water refill station in the hallway which was really convenient! I would rate this place a 10/10, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Milan. Thank you so much to Urban Hive Milan and their staff, and we hope to stay with you again sometime soon!

The employees and Owner are very welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Since we had a tight schedule to make it to town we were drove to the taxi meeting point via personal Tesla . 10/10 would recommend

We were here for a quick day trip between Venice and Lake Como. This hotel is extremely clean and room was well appointed. About a 20-30 min walk to The Last Supper with endless sights along the way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, hip and modern property. The staff - especially Atousa and Chelsea were excellent. They greeted us, checked us in, explained the charges, gave great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do and were very accommodating for our family of 6. Easy check in, texting available for any needs, rooms were spacious, clean and very well appointed. We really enjoyed our 1-night stay. Urban Hive is very close to all the shops, restaurants, Duomo and night life. I highly recommend!

The highlight of our stay were the wonderful staff members! A special shoutout to Atousa who was so graceful and kind and informative. I would not have said that I’d be back had it not been for the staff. With that being said, I believe cleaning could be improved. I reached for a book in my room that was placed on the top shelf and was shocked by the amount of dust that spread everywhere. There was dust in all the areas that were “harder to reach”. I hope my comments are taken into consideration. Otherwise, 5 stars for providing amazing books, a yoga mat, weights, etc. what kind of hotel does that? it definitely set a new standard for me! Loved it!

This place was amazing! Clean, modern, nicely decorated rooms with nice touches such as weights and work out mat. Excellent and friendly customer service. We were only there one day but my daughter was sick. They brought up a thermometer for me, checked in on her, made her a special treat for breakfast the next morning. And the room service I ordered while I stayed in with her was delicious. Highly recommend.

Really great location with short walk to good food and Duomo. The staff helped us a ton with requests, including keeping the fresh pasta we bought in the hotel refrigerator for us until our 3am early departure!. Its also nice to get a cafe in the morning in the lobby and a glass of wine at night. Great spot. We will be back

The hotel is classy. Great design, great art, but best bit was the staff. Friendly, smiley, happy to help. While we were waiting to check in, we hit the cute bar called Portico and had the best Negronis ever! Shout out to Pasquale who told us all about how you create the perfect ice cube! Rooms were comfy and location ideal.

Fantastic stay! The team is warm and welcoming. We arrived in the morning before check-in and they made an effort to get us into our room shortly thereafter. The room was cosy but still had plenty of room for all our luggage. The room was very clean and well presented with quality Grown Alchemist products. The front desk was helpful and easy to contact with a dedicated WhatsApp line. Breakfast was great with amazing variety- we thought it would be a small continental breakfast but there was hot food available too. This was our honeymoon and they made our stay extra special!
