Convenient to Mildura Hospital very old and tired furniture bed etc, mattress very old and worn out. fridge next to bed so noisy all night. can hear other residents , thier phone rings cries etc, Furniture past its use by date.

I like the location, didn't like the drafts that came through the room, the noise which you could hear of the Neighbours on both sides. Walls don't have any noise insulation. Hear everyone's conversations and people snoring.

Very quiet and likable motel. Could do with a decor update but that didnt take away from the clean and comfortable room. Surrounded by beautiful golf greens. A convenient bistro bar and pokies all in easy acess.

The first night we had people next door playing hillbilly music until 4am it totally ruined the first night, but they were not told to turn it down. Things like this should not be allowed
