Lovely 1 night stay
Lovely one night stay, the only downside for us was that on the Tv not all the Freeview channels we're available in case in the evening you just want to relax watching the Tv. Lovely buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs, baked beans, fried sliced potatoes instead of hasbrowns, sausages and bacon.Also a selection of pastries was available. Modern clean and quiet hotel just what we needed after a long daydriving down from North Wales and visiting Tenby and Pembroke. Also in walking distance (approximately 7 minutes)there is a Tesco if need to but anything or refuel your car. Free parking is available across the road.

A Great place to stay in Milford but the Disabled parking is now nonexistent we used to be able to park right by the main door but now have to park across the road in a Public Carpark

Our stay was spoilt from the first moment we arrived , 30 plus boiler suited balaclava men hanging around the entrance and reception, with bags upon bags of their belongings on the floor in reception. My wife found it very intimidating . Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel , or any hotel .

The Gentleman on Reception was Excellent so Polite and helpful, he even came and devided our Beds as we had requested a twin we were in apartment SHORES so you can identivide this excellent employee our dates were 14 and 15th august.many thanks.

We had a nice two day stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is close by but not onsite which was confusing at first. The area around the hotel is pleasant and walkable, but I wouldn’t say it is a tourist town. There are a number of attractions and fantastic beaches you can drive to nearby, we were really taken with Freshwater West. The restaurants nearby were very good.

Everything was good but there appeared to be no signal to the TV. This was reported on departure. Suggest there should be a simple guide for these TVs which offer multiple sources. AV would have been sufficient.

Need new pillows
We have stayed at this hotel for 3 night stays approximately 5 times before opting for 3/4 night stays. The location on the marina is lovely and there a a number of restaurants within a very short distance, including Dulce at the hotel. On this occasion we noticed that 1 restaurant had closed on the marina though. The hotel is clean and comfortable with super king sized beds. I did however, have to complain about the pillows. Lumpy and the stuffing collects at both ends of the pillows and nothing where you actually rest your head. After being told housekeeping would look for new pillows none materialised. I contacted reception again and the receptionist trawled vacant room to look for newer pillows. However, these were much the same. For a hotel in the Celtic collection I find it difficult to believe they don’t stock new pillows!!!
