All within minutes of Cooperstown Dreams Park, just under a half mile. Enjoy convenience and a quiet country setting. These homes all enjoy a view of the beautiful rolling hills.

This home features a spacious living room with an easy flow into an eat-in kitchen. Enjoy the easterly view from a covered porch with ample seating and outside dining. Glass doors lead from the living area to a side porch, complete with gas grill.

Accommodating up to 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths make this an ideal choice. There is lots of outdoor space to play. Enjoy a game of basketball or dining on the porch.
