the rooms were what we expected for the price point. only complaint about the room is the toilet was loose. Room was clean. halls were clean. Breakfast was terrible, so we went to dunkin instead. ya'll gotta get that elevator fixed though.

At first glance this hotel seemed fine. Once in the room every time the air kicked on we got an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell in the room. At around three am another guest was banging on a door and screaming so loudly that it was shaking our door to our room. Needles to say we didn’t sleep after that. I know that wasn’t the hotels fault but really not a great stay. Breakfast was decent. Typical free hotel breakfast.

The guys at the front desk both night agent was very nice. The manager was very rude (Pattie). Call to complain about the really bad smell in the room and the manager began to get loud and nasty. The overnight agent did offer a room move but after traveling for long hours with kids that just fell asleep late in the night wasn’t going to happen. Guest before us was smoking in the room the scent was everywhere. The manager and supervisor needs training!!

Nice clean rooms, carpet free hardwood feels cleaner than mkst hotels. Easy to deal with staff.... tissue brand used in room has a weird smell(??... asked for a new box, they smelled funny too), switch to kleenex brand maybe lol.... good room, good stay.

We stayed here as we attended a concert at Gillette Stadium. The location was great for travelling to the concert. However, we arrived back to the hotel late and when my daughter got into her bed and I got into mine, they were damp and wet. The comforters had been put on the beds still wet. We slept absolutely horrible and felt disgusting all night long. I slept in my clothes and they were all wet and damp when waking up. The pillows were even damp. I mentioned this to the front desk woman at checkout and she could care less. Never once said 'sorry' or asked if there is anything she could do. I told her we slept horrible and it paying over $200 a night to sleep in damp beds is ridiculous. She simply said 'you are all checked out, I'll let the maid service know about the beds'. What is that? That experience was a $20 roof over our head and that's about it. I will never stay at one of their establishments again...not because of the wet beds...but the way it was handled...like 'Oh well...have a great day'.
