Not only were we greeted by a man screaming on the phone outside the hotel, but when we checked into room, we opened the door and there was somebody in there having intercourse. Ridiculous and gross.

Staff and property was great, good price, breakfast was a nice hot meal. People in others rooms were loud, sound travels easy, but staff responded well. I'd stay again.

Worst stay ever!
They had to move us 3 times because of the first room. The door would not lock, they did not vacuum and the bath tub was dirty. The next day they moved us because the refrigerator did not work and the beds were soo old when lay on bed it sank in middle. The last move was to first floor and the bed was still not in good condition. It was noisy and we could hear every noise made starting around 6am. The manager was not in until today. I spoke with her and she said she could only credit $40 after we paid close to $400 for two nights. I said this is unacceptable. She said because we booked the hotel through 3rd party(hotels.com) they could not do anything else. We were traveling due to death in family. The stay at this hotel made the trip a lot more challenging. I travel often and never had such a horrible stay in hotel. The property is old and need renovations. Especially the beds in the rooms.

This property was just right for me and my significant other, it was in a decent location near a lot of good food options and shopping areas as well. The rooms were very spacious as well

I reserved two rooms - one with a king bed and one with two queens. They gave me. Two kings and told me that they were sold out. Consequently, two of my party members had to share a bed. Very dissatisfied

Property is nice and close to the airport. Breakfast options were not as good as other Holiday Inn Expresses (broken pancake machine, no cinnamon rolls, only one juice option).
