There were Asian lady bugs in my room, and there were stains.. I guess it was okay for the lady bugs but the stains on my bed and pillow cases were kind of gross but the people are nice

The Fast talking lady at desk with an accent made it so hard for departure. Taking money with no reason..still ended up with 25 dollar parking fee, which tried to explain hone a handicap placard state law no charge. Took the 25 anyway it is not in my bank statement..maybe you could handle thid nonsense for Guest me thank you. I have pic of my handicap placard..thank

The staff at the front desk were excellent and very accommodating. Love the walk out rooms on the ground floor. Very pet friendly. We have stayed in their 1 bedroom suite 4 years in a row when travelling through Mass. Will be back next year!

Upon entering the room, I smelled cigarettes right away. I went down stairs to tell the front desk employee. She was very understanding, but the hotel was fully booked. She offered for maintenance to come and spray the room but I expressed that we were getting ready for a wedding. The carpet felt sticky as well.

A parking fee was charged to my account. The fact that parking required a fee was not disclosed at the time of booking. The property blamed the non disclosure issue on hotels.com, and when I contacted hotels.com the agent stated that they will report the issue but no remedy was offered.

The hotel is well equipped and priced fairly and has all the basics we expect and appreciate; clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to, the room was stocked with enough towels etc. My favorite attribute and what made this hotel a standout for me is how dark the room is at night! It seems like all hotels lately have built-in nightlights that glow, smoke alarms with flashing lights and other unexpected lights and noises in the night. Our room was perfectly dark and quiet; we couldn't hear the elevator, couldn't hear the neighbors, couldn't see any lights. It was a cozy cocoon and I slept so good which was appreciated!
